Legal Experience

Robin practiced law with the Pennington County Public Defenders Office, Rapid City, SD from 1989 to 1994 and then worked at the Abourezk Law Office with former South Dakota US Senator James Abourezk in Rapid City, SD from 1994 to 1996. He later formed the law firm of Abourezk & Zephier in 2000 in Rapid City, SD with Charles Abourezk, which remained in business till 2015 when they were joined by Jon LaFleur to form the law firm of Zephier & LaFleur, P.C.
